We process your name, email, and payment information to fulfill orders, deliver coaching services, and manage your subscription. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
We process anonymized analytics data to improve our website and services. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookie-free and does not collect personal data, minimizing privacy impact.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools that process personal data.
Our analytics provider, Plausible Analytics, is fully GDPR-compliant: it uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and stores only aggregated statistics. No cookie consent banner is required for our analytics implementation.
If we introduce any cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms before doing so.

Your coaching program is built by a human/AI coach based on information you voluntarily provide — no decisions are made automatically without human review.
