By purchasing any product or enrolling in coaching, you acknowledge and agree that:
Digital products are sold through Gumroad. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. You will receive immediate access to your purchased materials upon successful payment.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our payment processors (Gumroad and/or Stripe). Payment details are processed securely — we do not store your full card information.
Due to the immediate digital delivery of our products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
To request a refund consideration, email Marcus@marcusforge.com with your order details within the applicable window.
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month.
To cancel, email Marcus@marcusforge.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date to ensure timely processing. Include your name and the email address associated with your account.
After cancellation, you will retain access to coaching services until the end of the paid billing period. No further charges will be made.
All content on marcusforge.com — including but not limited to training programs, nutrition guides, written content, images, video, graphics, logos, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vibe Digital LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
By purchasing our digital products or enrolling in coaching, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal fitness goals only. You may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe Digital LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for personal injury or certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Flathead County, Montana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Vibe Digital LLC.
